Each instructor at Northwest is evaluated by students each fall semester. You should use the link provided to go online and access the form you will need for evaluating the instructor in this class. Please complete the form, submit it by pressing “Done”, and print out the receipt page to return to your instructor in verification of the fact that you have completed an evaluation for the course. Your responses are confidential and will not affect your grade in this class. The instructor will not see the individual evaluations, but will rather receive compiled results of this survey after semester grades have been posted.
